WHR: Quali sono attualmente gli orientamenti del mercato? In che direzione sta andando?

Neil: Hotels spend thousands of Euros trying to provide the most comfortable experience for their Guests. The rooms are decorated and kept spotless, the staff are professional and well trained. The only issue that is left to chance are the guests but they also play a vital role in the smooth running of the hotel and the enjoyment of the other guests.
As more and more guests use TripAdvisor and other social media sites to report their experiences (fact and fiction) Hotels need to be more discriminating if they wish to maintain their reputation. This background has lead to a huge increase in interest in our services

WHR: Quanta importanza riveste nello scenario odierno l’evento WHR?

Neil: We are delighted to be present at WHR 2011 which we see as hugely important in our expansion into ITALY. and as focus for our existing members in the country.

Neil: How to protect a Hotels reputation and brand, and increase its profits without adding additional work or time.

Neil: This will allow us to introduce our service to all the visitors to the seminar. We expect to introduce an Italian translation of our site and to announce a number of partnerships at the event
